  9.     Welcome to Star Master.  The printer program for the Star NX-1000
  10. and NX-1000 Rainbow color printer.  If you do not have the color
  11. printer the only command that will not work properly is the "C"
  12. command which gives you a choice of the 6 different colors.
  13.     This program is so easy to use that all you have to do is:
  14.     1. Make sure the printer is on.
  15.     2. Make sure that the DIP Switches are set for IBM mode.
  16.        DIP Switch ( 1-6 ) is set to OFF position for IBM.
  17.  
  18. There are NO command line parameters.  Just type in Smstr31.com from
  19. your prompt.  The first thing you will see is the Welcome screen.  Then
  20. the menu will pop up. *Note you can press the "6" Key to get help.
  21. Choose your command from the menu by pressing the Letter or Number.
  22. You will then see a window which will either give you more choices for
  23. that command or it will display "Command Sent".
  24. Commands can be stacked, ie print blue, Condensed, and underline....

  26. When the second window comes up with more choices, just choose the
  27. number and press ENTER.  If you choose a command that displays the
  28. additional window and you do not wish to execute that command just hit
  29. ESC.
